We help tenants in Czechia understand their annual service charges and possible financial claims against landlords. You send the documents; we explain our findings and the next steps worth considering.

Your documents, reviewed for you

Our internal checks help us examine your utility bill and agreement. A person from the legal team checks the result before it is sent to you. We tell you where something looks wrong and where more evidence is needed.

A review does not authorize us to contact your landlord. Recovery is a separate step that requires your explicit decision.
