Questions before you upload?
What is “vyúčtování služeb”?
It is the annual reconciliation of service charges for your rented home. It compares actual costs with your advance payments (“zálohy”) and shows a balance to pay (“nedoplatek”) or a refund (“přeplatek”). Utility bills from your own electricity or gas supplier are separate.
How much does a review cost?
A standard review costs CZK 199. An express review costs CZK 399 and we send the result within 2 working days after receiving complete documents and payment. Both options cover the same checks.
What should I upload?
Your landlord’s utility bill and your lease. If you have payment records, amendments, correspondence or older utility bills, you can add them too. PDF files and clear photos are welcome.
Do I need to translate my Czech documents?
No. Upload the original Czech documents. The English order form flags English as your preferred language for our team.
Will you contact my landlord?
No. A utility bill review is for you. We do not contact your landlord without your explicit consent. Recovering money is a separate service that you decide whether to use.
Can you review an older utility bill I have already paid?
Yes. We can identify questionable items and suggest next steps. Whether money can still be recovered depends on the facts and applicable time limits.
A deposit or another rental problem?
We also help tenants explore possible claims and recover money. A separate claim assessment costs CZK 400. For recovery, the fee is 25% of the amount recovered, with no upfront payment.
